Official Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: Only persons 18 years of age and over that are US residents are eligible to participate in our promotion. Participation is open to all regardless of age, sex, gender, gender identity, religious or political affiliation, or any other factor. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Each individual (“Participant” or “Entrant”) is allowed to enter the campaign once only. Multiple sign-ups by a single entity are not permitted. Each individual can accrue as many points as they may earn through signing up PLUS additional BONUS ACTIONS.

Anyone caught “cheating” by giving false emails addresses, falsifying actions, or any other form of cheating that attempts to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will be eliminated from the contest and become permanently ineligible for this or any future promotions held by the promotion sponsor.. All points from all winners will be validated before any prizes are awarded.

Employees of 7RISE8 or Mail.Click.Profit. or any official Brand Partners, or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

Entry: There is no fee to enter and no purchase is necessary (see section “No Purchase Necessary” below). Participants entering the contest will receive 50 Entries (“Points”) for entering and confirming their email address. Additional Points can be earned by performing various actions as outlined in the giveaway. Participants will receive 151 additional Points into the contest whenever they refer another valid person who enters the contest with a valid email that is verified.

Winners: For prizes that are marked as “selected at random” (sweepstakes prizes) or other similar wording, winners will be chosen at random based on their number of total Entries. The more Points/Entries earned by the Participant, the higher their proportionate chance of winning. For this type of prize, winners are selected at random and the highest number of entries does not guarantee any award or prize.

For any prizes marked as “First Place”, “Second Place”, “Third Place”, or any similar language (contest prizes), prizes will be awarded to those contestants earning the highest number of respective total points, unless otherwise indicated. 

For prizes that are based on earning a set number of Points (“milestone” prizes or “tier” prizes), prizes will be awarded to all Participants who reach the required minimum of Points.

Any Contest Winner that wins a "Free Membership" of any length and that is already a subscribing and paying Member of the Service will receive their Prize as an extension of their existing Membership. The "Free Membership" Prize does not entitle the Member to a refund of dues paid for a previously purchased Membership plan. In such a case, the length of their existing Membership will be extended and the rebill date of the Membership plan will be rescheduled to coincide with the end of their Prize "Free Membership", and any and all subscriptions and their associated rebills will continue in accordance with the Terms associated with their Membership plan.

Odds of Winning: 

Odds of winning sweepstakes prizes (random drawings) will vary depending on the total number of Entries earned by all Participants and by the total number of points earned by the individual Participant. 

Odds of winning the contest prizes are based on the ability of the Participant to correctly perform the various required actions in order to earn Points enough to place within the top tiers for which prizes are being awarded. 

Odds of winning milestone prizes are based on the ability of the Participant to earn enough points to meet the minimum required threshold for each milestone prize.

Notification of Winner(s): Winner(s) will be notified by email (or physical mail if the entry was received via physical mail) within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or cancel the prize.

No Purchase Necessary. You may receive points of the exact same number of any contest method of entry which involves either purchase or donation by simply sending us a written request for those points at no cost to you. Limit of one entry per envelope. Entry types that are limited to one Entry in the online giveaway shall also be limited to one Entry via physical mail. For any Entry types in the online giveaway that allow for daily Entries, physical Entries of that type shall be limited to one Entry received by the Sponsor per day. 

Purchases do not increase your chance of winning beyond the number of Points earned for that action. An equal number of Points can be earned by following the below directions for earning points without purchase.

To enter via physical mail, all requests must be handwritten. No typed or machine-copier reproduced entries are allowed. You must include the following information for every entry type. Only one entry type per piece of physical mail received: 

•   -The name of this contest: “Mail.Click.Profit. Fall-in-Love-with-Amazon-Again Giveaway Contest”
•   -The name and point value of the ENTRY TYPE for which you are requesting points. For example: “100 points for charity donation”
•   -Your Full Name

•   -Your Full Mailing Address

•   -Your Full Area Code and Telephone Number

•   -Your Email Address

•   -You must include in each handwritten entry the statement: “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of 7RISE8 dba Mail.Click.Profit. and 7RISE8 dba Mail.Click.Profit.’s ‘Mail.Click.Profit. Fall-in-Love-with-Amazon-Again Giveaway Contest’ ”    

•   -It must include your signature and date at the bottom of the request. 

•   -Each entry received must include an enclosed, self-addressed, and stamped envelope so we may notify you if you win multiple prizes.

•   -Only ONE entry request per envelope

•   -Please Note: Any entry received not meeting these requirements will be invalid.

All entries received by mail that result in the entrant being selected as a Winner will, in turn, be notified by physical mail. All entries must be postmarked no later than the final day of the contest. Any entries post-dated after this date will not be counted. If you wish your points to be connected with points earned online, you must indicate this in the entry along with the exact email address used to enter the contest so that we may match up your written entries with your online entries. Please send all physical mail entries to 7RISE8, 9569 Lake Shore BLVD NE, Seattle WA 98115. Any Entries received via physical mail will be added to our marketing activities as appropriate. 

The Sponsor does not accept responsibility for entries not received for any reason whatsoever.

Prize Values: The approximate prize value varies with the prizes won. All prizes have no cash value. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered unless otherwise indicated. The prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value at our discretion and without notice. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Tax Reporting: For any prizes that individually or cumulatively are valued at over $600, 7RISE8 or Mail.Click.Profit. will require the submission of tax information so that we may properly report the winnings to the IRS in accordance with the law.

Contest Dates: The Contest begins on February 10, 2024 12:01am EST and ends on February 25, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. After the end date, no further entries will be accepted. The sponsor/promoter reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By entering the giveaway, the individual entering is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway.

Right to Amend or Cancel the Promotion: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Winners Never Cheat and Cheaters Never Win: Cheating for Entries in any way (referring yourself using different emails or similar tactics, not actually performing the actions that you have indicated you have taken, or other methods that attempt to “cheat” the spirit of the giveaway) will disqualify you from winning any prizes. 7RISE8 or Mail.Click.Profit. reserves the right to verify and will verify all entries for proper action and compliance BEFORE any prize is awarded to that Participant. Nobody likes cheaters!

Promoter’s Decisions Final: Any decision regarding any matter pertaining to the giveaway is made at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Any such decision will be made in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with applicable law, will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into after notification of interested parties.

Governing Law: The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

Right to Use Name and Likeness for Publicity: Winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use his/her name and image in any publicity material for the sake of promoting present and related future Giveaways. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current USA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available within 28 days after the closing date of the contest by sending an email to us at hello@mailclickprofit.com.

Submission of Creative Material: All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries including but not limited to photographs, “selfies”, videos, written comments, feedback or reviews, or any other submission become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Participant agrees that the exchange of the submissions for the chance to win the advertised Prizes constitutes a fair exchange of value.

Privacy and Use of Information: You are providing your information to 7RISE8 or Mail.Click.Profit. and to our trusted partners. You are not providing your information to any other party unless clearly stated when Participant is “liking”, “following”, “subscribing” or any other similar action on any third-party’s social platform pages. The information provided to 7RISE8 or Mail.Click.Profit. will be used in conjunction with the United States standard Privacy Policies and includes marketing activities. We will never sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information unless expressly consented to by the Participant.

Any information provided to any other third-party when subscribing or following their platform is beyond the control of Promoter and no liability or guarantee is made as to their use of your information.

Not affiliated with any social platform or service: This promotion is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, affiliated with, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Amazon, or any other platform or social network. 

Right to Opt-Out: By opting in to the contest, you are opting in to the marketing lists of 7RISE8 dba Mail.Click.Profit. and our trusted partners. If you opt in to any of the lists of the Giveaway Partners, you are opting in to their marketing lists individually. You have the right to opt-out at any time. If you opt-out before the Giveaway finishes and Prizes are awarded, we will not be able to contact you to inform you of your winning status.
